View Order Information Screen

Purpose: Use this screen to review the details of a delivery, pickup, or ship to store order, regardless of whether the order is open, or assigned to your store location for processing.

How to display this screen: Click View for an order listed on the View Orders Across Locations Screen.

Options at this screen: Options available in the upper right may include:

         Carton Detail: Click the Carton Detail button in the upper right to open the View Carton Details Window to review cartons currently in transit for a ship to store order.

         View Order History: Click the View Order History button in the upper right to advance to the View Order History Screen, displaying all transactions and updates that have taken place for the items on the order.

         Work With Order: If any items on the order are currently open and assigned to your store location, you can click the Work with Order button in the upper right to advance to the View Order Detail Screen. In the case of a ship to store order, the order must include at least one item whose next action is either Receive or Pick Up. Otherwise, this button isn’t available.

Fields on this screen: 

         Order #

         Date when the oldest order line was created (not necessarily the oldest open line). Note: This is the date that the originating system assigned to the order or line, and may be different from the date when the order or line was created in Store Connect.

         Under Review (included if the delivery or pickup order is under review; doesn’t apply to ship to store orders)

         Origin

Totals:

Note:  All totals are in the currency used on the order.

         Merchandise: Unlike the Merchandise displayed on order processing screens, this is the total extended price of all items on the order, including:

         fulfilled, canceled, or unfulfillable items

         items assigned to other locations for fulfillment

         Freight: The total shipping charges for the order.

         Tax: The total tax for the order.

         Total: The total merchandise, tax, and freight for the order.

Customer: Information on the Customer:

         Name

         Address

         Phone

         Email

Note:         See Why is a customer’s name, address, and other information replaced by asterisks? for information on why the customer’s actual name, address, or phone number might not be displayed.

Shipping Address: Information on the Ship To for a delivery order:

         Name

         Address

         Phone

         Carrier

Note:  

         For a pickup or ship to store order, the pickup icon (pickup.png) is displayed instead of a shipping address.

         The express icon (express_shipping.png) indicates an express shipper.

Note:  This might be not be the item number that you use.

         Order Qty

         Pickup By Date: Included for a picked item on a pickup order if Store Connect supports auto-cancellation of unclaimed pickup order lines whose next action is Pick Up. To change the Pickup By Date, select the calendar icon (calendar_icon.png) to open the Edit Pickup By Date Window.

         Fulfilling Location: It’s possible for individual items to be assigned to different fulfilling locations

         Status: The date when the item went into the indicated status is also listed.
