Use Alternate Currency Pricing (H89)

Purpose: Use this screen to define whether the system supports pricing offers in foreign currencies, requiring you to specify the currency and conversion rate for each offer.

Yes/No field: Select this field if you want to price offers in a foreign currency. The system requires you to define a currency code and conversion rate for each foreign offer, and restricts each order to only one currency. The system also displays the alternate currency on customer related reports and forms.

Note: If you select this field, the Multi Currency by Offer (E03) system control value must unselected. See Comparing Alternate Currency Pricing with Multiple Currency by Offer for a comparison.

Leave this field unselected if you do not want to price offers in a foreign currency or instead wish to use multiple currency by offer (the Multi Currency by Offer (E03) system control value is selected).
