Additional Task sheets to be created during the Generate Automatic Task Assignment process. When the 'No Service Task Sheet' option is selected, an additional Task Sheet will be created that contains all rooms that are not scheduled for service. When the 'Do Not Disturb Task Sheet' option (available when Function GUEST SERVICE STATUS is active) is selected, all Rooms that are set to Do not Disturb via the Guest Service Status screen will be assigned to a separate Task Sheet. Leaving this setting blank keeps the original Task Assignment functionality.

Update Occupied Room Status

The housekeeping module of the night audit procedure will update all vacant rooms with a higher room status in the hierarchy to the status selected here. If no status is selected then the room status of vacant rooms will not be changed. The room status hierarchy is either Dirty->Clean->Pickup->Inspected(when Inspected active) or Dirty->Pickup->Clean (when Inspected not active).

The Housekeeping Board displays when you select Room Management from the Inventory menu. The Board shows room status information to assist housekeeping and operations in meeting guest expectations.

The Housekeeping Board Search function finds room status information by room number(s), Floor, Room Type, Room Class, and Reservation Status. You can fine tune your search by selecting filters under Room Status, Front Office, or Turndown Status.

Use the following fields to refine your search for rooms (Search Options allow you to show or hide certain search fields) :

The Housekeeping Board displays housekeeping room information "at a glance." The information includes room numbers, room status, service requests, locations, and other information of importance to housekeeping services. When displayed in either Table or Panel view, you can sort the columns by ascending or descending. Select View Options to manage the room information displayed on the Housekeeping Board.

Search Fields	Description
From Room / To Room	Enter or select to search for a range of room numbers.
Floor	Enter or select to search for a floor code where the room is located.
Room Type	Enter or select to search for a room type as defined by the property, such as Standard, Double, King, etc.
Room Class	Enter or select to search for a classification given to the room, such as Villa, Suite, Cabin, etc.
Reservation Status	Enter or select to search for a reservation status (Stay Over, Arrived, Due Out, Departed, Arrival, Day Use, or Not Reserved).
Room Status	Select a room status to filter your search results by Dirty, Inspected, Pickup, Clean, Out of Order, or Out of Service.
Front Office	Select Occupied, Vacant, or both to filter your search results based on the reservation occupancy status as recorded by the Front Office.
Turndown Status	Select a Turndown Status to filter your search results based on reservations showing turndown services as either Required, Not Required, or Completed.

Columns	Description
Room	Room numbers are displayed in numerical order order.
Room Type	Displays room type such as Standard, Double Bed, etc. Each Room Types is identified by a unique Code. You can select the Room Type code to display a Room Type Information pop-up.
Room Status	Displays the housekeeping status of the room (Dirty, Clean, Occupied, Inspected, Out of Order, Vacant, Pickup, or Out of Service).
Reservation Status	Displays the Reservation status, which can be Stay Over, Arrived, Due Out, Departed, Arrival, Day Use, or Not Reserved.
FO Status	Displays the status of the room as identified by the Front Office (FO).
Section	Displays the Housekeeping section assigned to the attendant.
Service Request	Displays a description of the types of service requested for the room.
Floor	Displays the floor on which the room is located.
Features	Displays notable features included in the room, such as tile flooring, DVD, or other amenities.
