Department

The long SKU department specified in the L/S dept (Long SKU department) field for the item. The description appears to the right.

SKU

The item’s unique characteristics, such as its color and size.

Alphanumeric, three four-position fields (split SKU) or one 14-position field (full SKU); display-only.

O/H (On-hand)

The number of units in all allocatable warehouses (that is, the Allocatable flag is set to Y).

Rsv (Reserved)

The total quantity of the item/SKU on reserved order lines on open, held, or suspended orders.

B/O (Backordered)

The total quantity of the item/SKU that is backordered. This total does not increase for zoned reservation items, future orders, noninventory items, continuity items, subscriptions, main set items or memberships, and does not normally include drop ship items unless you also keep them in inventory.

Avl (Available)

The total quantity of the item/SKU available, calculated as:

on hand - protected - reserved - reserve transfer - backordered = quantity available

To determine the quantity for each of the fields in the quantity available calculation, the system adds the fields for all item warehouse records whose allocatable flag is set to Y.

Prt (Printed)

The total quantity of the item/SKU on printed pick slips.

O/O (On order)

The total quantity of the item/SKU not yet received on purchase orders.

Slc (Soldout control code)

The soldout control code, if any, specified in the S/O control (Soldout control) field for the item/SKU.

Alphanumeric, 2 positions; display-only.

Ofr (Offer)

The most current offer for the SKU.

How the system determines which offer to display:

Is there a current SKU/offer? Today’s date must be within the start date and end date for the offer.

• If there is more than one current SKU/offer, use the offer whose start date is the latest.

• If there is more than one current SKU/offer with the same start date, use the first offer alphanumerically.

If there is no current SKU/offer: Select an item/offer using the same steps as described above for selecting a SKU/offer. If there is no current item/offer or SKU/offer, do not display an offer for the SKU.

Alphanumeric, 3 positions; display-only.

Price

The price of a single unit of the item/SKU in the displayed (most current) offer.

Note: The most recent (but not future) Effective date for the price of a single unit item or SKU controls the price that displays here. If the only effective date is in the future, then the price is .00. You can review item/prices or SKU/prices associated with specific item/offers or SKU/offers by entering 7 next to an offer at the Work with Item Offers Screen or Work with SKU Offers Screen.

Cost

The cost of the item/SKU from the SKU file. Depending on the setting of the Costing Method (A25) system control value, this could be the average cost, standard cost, or the Weighted Average FIFO Cost.
