Chapter 12: Working with Recency Codes (WRCC)
Recency codes are used to group buyers who have made purchases within the same time frame, such as within the last 0-12 months. You can assign a recency code to each source code to further define buyers in Working with Source Codes (WSRC).
The Detailed Source Code Analysis Report (SSCA) subtotals buyers by recency code.

How to display this screen: Enter WRCC in the Fast path field at the top of any menu or select Work with Recency Code from a menu.

Change a recency code |
Enter 2 next to a recency code to advance to the Change Recency Code Screen. |
Delete a recency code |
Enter 4 next to a recency code to delete it. |
Display a recency code |
Enter 5 next to a recency code to advance to the Display Recency Code Screen. |
Purpose: Use this screen to create a recency code.

To change: Enter 2 next to a recency code at the Work with Recency Code Screen to advance to the Change Recency screen. At this screen, you can change the recency code description. For field descriptions, see Create Recency Code Screen.
To display: Enter 5 next to a recency code at the Work with Recency Code Screen to advance to the Display Recency Code screen. You cannot change any information on this screen. For field descriptions, see Create Recency Code Screen.
