Reports and documents can be exported from a folder, while viewing the report or document, or from the history list. Documents and reports or report data may be exported to several formats for use in other applications such as a pdf reader or spreadsheet application.
To export a report or document to Excel, Excel 2000 SP3 or higher must be installed on your computer.
To export a report or document to PDF, Adobe Acrobat Reader version 4 or later must be installed on your computer.
Reports can be exported to the following formats:
Excel spreadsheet (.xls) in plain text
Excel spreadsheet (.xls) with formatting
CSV (comma-separated value) format
HTML file
Plain text
PDF file
Documents can be exported to the following formats:
PDF file
HTML file
Excel spreadsheet (.xls) with formatting
Export and PDF default settings may be changed in the User Preferences for Exporting.
