Managing Subscriptions

To check your subscriptions and scheduled deliveries, click the Auto Delivery menu at the top of the main window, and choose Subscriptions. The subscriptions page lists each of your subscriptions by category. You can click the report title to run it. Each row of the subscriptions list shows the owner of the report or document and indicates whether it is personalized with your prompt responses. It also shows its schedule or the event triggering execution and the e-mail address to which the message will be sent.

To manage your subscriptions:

  1. At the top of the main window, click the Auto Delivery menu at the top of the main window, and choose Subscriptions.

  2. To unsubscribe a report or document, select the check box in the Unsubscribe column and then click Unsubscribe.

  3. To change the settings for a subscription, click the Edit icon for the subscription. The Subscription page for that subscription opens.

  4. From the Subscription page, select the options that you want to specify.

  5. Click OK to save the changes.

Users with appropriate privileges can set up alert-based subscriptions, for a report or document to be sent automatically when a specific threshold condition is met.
