Assisted Service Application Guide for Oracle Billing Insight > Enrolling as an Assisted Service User > Use Case: Enrolling in the Assisted Service ApplicationThis use case lets a newly created user enroll in the Assisted Service application. A CSR ID must first be created by a CSR Administrator and provided to the individual user for enrollment. This use case also enables an organization to create and enroll the initial CSR administrator, which only happens when logging in with the bootstrap user ID and password. (The bootstrap user ID and password are created during product installation.) Main Path for Enrolling a New UserThe main path occurs when a CSR administrator clicks the link in the email he or she receives, displaying the CSR Enrollment page. Alternate Paths for Enrolling a New UserAn administrator logs into Oracle Billing Insight using the bootstrap user ID and password created at product installation and creates a new CSR administrator.
