Use Case: Viewing the Enrolled Users Report
This use case lets a Merchant user view the Enrolled Users report, which shows the volume of all users, including administrators and all other user roles, who enrolled in each of the corresponding Oracle Billing Insight applications during the selected report period:
- Self-Service Application (business and consumer users)
- Assisted Service Application
- Command Center (production environment)
The Enrolled Users report can present data in both tabular and graphical format, including a line, bar, or stacked bar chart. A user can choose another report period or chart type. Main Path for Viewing the Enrolled Users Report
The main path occurs when a Merchant clicks Enrolled Users on the User Metrics page to display the Enrolled Users page. Alternate Paths for Viewing the Enrolled Users Report
The following alternate paths can occur in this use case:
- A user clicks the User Metrics tab, and Enrolled Users.
- A user clicks Reports on the Main Menu, and Enrolled Users.

Enrolled Users Chart Module |
This module displays a line, bar, or stacked bar chart showing the volume of Self-Service and Assisted Service application users that enrolled in one of the corresponding Oracle Billing Insight applications during a selected report period:
- End Users. All users that enrolled in the Self-Service Application (business and consumer users).
- CSRs. All CSR users that enrolled in the Assisted Service Application.
- Sys. Admin. All CSR administrators that enrolled in the Command Center (production environment).
The chart also contains a color key. |

- Text and link: Download
Link target: A prompt to download or save the report in Microsoft Office Excel CSV file format.
