Use Case: Viewing the Unique Users Report
This use case lets a Merchant user view the Unique Users report, which shows the volume of unique users relative to the total number of users who signed into all Oracle Billing Insight applications during a selected report period:
- Self-Service Application (business and consumer users)
- Assisted Service Application
- Command Center (production environment)
The Unique Users report can present data in both tabular and graphical format, in line or bar chart. A user can choose another report period or chart type. Main Path for Viewing the Unique Users Report
The main path occurs when a Merchant clicks Unique Users on the User Metrics page to display the Users Signed In page Alternate Paths for Viewing the Unique Users Report
The following alternate paths can occur in this use case:
- A user clicks the User Metrics tab, and Unique Users.
- A user clicks Reports on the Main Menu, and Unique Users.

Unique Users Chart Module |
This module displays a line or bar chart showing the volume of unique users who accessed the Oracle Billing Insight applications relative to the total number of user sign-ins during a selected report period. The chart also contains a color key. |

- Text and link: Download
Link target: A prompt to download or save the report in Microsoft Office Excel CSV file format.
