Use Case: Viewing the Users Signed In Report
This use case lets a Merchant user view the Users Signed In report, which shows the volume of all users, including administrators and all other user roles, who logged into each of the corresponding Oracle Billing Insight applications during the selected report period:
- Self-Service Application (business and consumer users)
- Assisted Service Application
- Command Center (production environment)
The Users Signed In report can present data in both tabular and graphical format, including a line, bar, or stacked bar chart. A user can choose another report period or chart type. Main Path for Viewing the Users Signed In Report
The main path occurs when a Merchant clicks Users Signed In on the User Metrics page to display the Users Signed In page. Alternate Paths for Viewing the Users Signed In Report
The following alternate paths can occur in this use case:
- A user clicks the User Metrics tab, and Users Signed In.
- A user clicks Reports on the Main Menu, and Users Signed In.

Users Signed In Chart Module |
This module displays either a line or bar chart showing the volume of users that logged into the following applications during the selected report period:
- End Users. All users that logged into the Self-Service Application (business and consumer users).
- CSRs. All users that logged into the Assisted Service Application.
- Sys. Admin. All system administrators that logged into the Command Center (production environment).
The chart also contains a color key. |
