Use Case: Selecting a User Metrics Reports

This use case lets a Merchant select a user metrics report for the enterprise. User metrics reports provide summary information about users accessing the Oracle Billing Insight applications, including:

• Users Signed In Report
• Unique Users Report
• Enrolled Users Report

Main Path for Selecting User Metrics Reports

The main path occurs when a Merchant user logs into the Assisted Service application to display the User Metrics page listing the available user metric reports.

Alternate Paths for Selecting User Metrics Reports

The following alternate paths can occur in this use case:

• A user clicks the User Metrics tab.
• A user selects Reports from the Main Menu.
