This use case lets an agent view a list of companies.

Main Path for Viewing a List of Companies

The main path occurs when an agent selects Company from the Main Menu, then enters a full or partial wildcard search on one or more of the company-related fields, and then clicks Submit to display the View Companies page. Alternate Paths for Viewing a List of Companies

An alternate path occurs when an agent enters a full or partial wildcard character in one or more of the company-related fields on the Search page and clicks Submit. For details about Search page elements, see Search Page Elements.
