This section describes known issues and workarounds for Oracle Commerce Experiments.

EE-7917 Experiments icon not displayed when Design tab selected

The flask icon to open Oracle Experiments is not initially displayed when the Design tab is selected in the administration interface. Without this icon you are unable to access the Oracle Experiments UI.

Workaround: Select a different layout to refresh the connection to Oracle Experiments and display the icon in the Design tab.
