The following table describes the common Oracle ILOM REST API request headers.

type.
Example:
If the acceptable media type is JSON, the Accept header would look

Use the Content-Type header to specify the request body media
type.
Example:
If the request body media type is JSON, the Content-Type header
would look like this:
Content-Type: application/json

Host

Use the Host header to specify the IP address or hostname of the
SP server.
Example:
The host header would look like this:
Host: <host name/address>[:<port number>]
If a port number is not specified, the default port (443) number
is used.
