Add Biller

Customer can pay the utility bills to their utility vendors through Bill payment only post maintenance of a biller through Add Biller. Below details are captured during biller maintenance.

This option also allow you to initiate a payment to the added biller.

To register a biller:

Add Biller

  1. From the Category list, select the appropriate category of the biller.
  2. From the Biller Name list, select the appropriate registered biller to make bill payment.
  3. In the Relationship No field, enter the relationship number of the customer with the biller.
  4. Click Add.
  5. The Review screen appears. Verify the details, and click Confirm .
    OR
    Click Cancel to cancel the transaction.
  6. The Verification screen appears if transaction is configured for OTP validation. For more information click here.
  7. The success message appears.
    Click Done to complete the transaction.
    OR
    To initiate a payment to the added biller, click Pay.
