This section describes known issues and workarounds for Oracle Commerce Cloud Agent Console.

21856044 Agents are unable to use email address as a criterion when searching

Agents are unable to search for unregistered shopper orders (or anonymous shoppers) using their email address as search criteria.

Workaround: Use other search criteria, such as Order ID or Shipping Address, when searching for orders created for anonymous shoppers.

21860980 The session timeout warning is not shown

The warning is not shown to the shopper if the session is about to expire.

Workaround: The system shows the login page again. The agent can log in again to continue.

23339460 For some BOGO promotions, tax is calculated incorrectly

In certain cases with multiple items, the tax refund being calculated does not add up to the order total.

Workaround: Adjust the tax refund amount in the Refund Adjustment screen.

23654943 The promotion is not adjusted when returning the main item from the order

In an order with a BOGO promotion, if the free items are returned first and then the main item is returned, the promotion adjustment does not occur.

Workaround: The refund amount can be manually adjusted.

23713756 Free gift added as a gift-with-purchase promotion is not automatically removed

The free gift added as a gift-with-purchase promotion is not automatically removed when any price override happens on the main item.

Workaround: The gift can be manually removed from the order.

Internal attribute value is not retained

The internal attribute value at the order level is not retained once the order is placed.

24354943 Pricing failure message with repeated application of gift-with-purchase promotion coupon

If the same gift-with-purchase promotion is applied again through a coupon, though this promotion is not getting applied, a pricing failure message is displayed, which is not consistent with other item level promotions.

Workaround: Remove the already-applied promotion and try making a pricing call again by either updating the quantity or selecting the address, which allows checkout to continue.

24424565 Unable to edit addresses for anonymous orders

When editing an order placed by an anonymous shopper, the shipping address cannot be edited.

Workaround: Add a new address in those cases where the address must be edited.

24664035, 24677635 Inaccurate refund calculations for shipping to multiple addresses

During a split shipping scenario, the refund calculations are not accurate when promotions are applied or when using price override.

Workaround: Refunds need to be adjusted manually to ensure that correct refunds are made.

25339547 Scheduled Order instructions are not sorted as expected

Scheduled Order instructions cannot be sorted in reverse chronological order of the date on which an order is updated.

26484350 Explicit promotion is removed when an incomplete cart is opened

This issue occurs in situations when using an account associated with a site, and with an order level promotion assigned to the site. When an incomplete order is opened from the buyer’s profile page, the explicit promotion is changed to an implicit promotion. When the pricing call is made, the promotion is removed.

24011012, 24011026, 24011045 Incorrect refund and exchange calculations with volume pricing

When volume (bulk and tiered) pricing is set for sale price and list price is set for simple pricing, returns/exchanges do not calculate properly.

Workaround: Adjust refunds and exchanges manually to ensure correct transactions are made.

26965945 Edited order incorrectly moved to pending payment status

This issue occurs with partial payments and the remorse period in place. Placed orders that are then edited by changing the item quantity and removing a previously-added payment when placed again, the order status is changed to pending payment instead of submitted to fulfillment. This occurs with all payment options except gift cards.

26965954 Edit and Cancel buttons are missing in a migrated environment

This issue occurs when working with account-based commerce orders requiring approval, with the remorse period active. The order cannot be edited or canceled in cases where the order is placed pending approval, and then a migration occurs.

After the migration, with the order approved, the payment made, and the order placed, on the Order Details page, the Cancel and Edit buttons are displayed. However, if the order is edited, the cart updated and the changes are then canceled, the Cancel and Edit buttons no longer appear on the Order Details page.

26944308 Unable to complete split shipping order

With the remorse period active, when a split shipping order is placed then edited to decrease the quantity of the item, the order fails to be placed.

Workaround: Delete the item completely, and add the item again with the same shipping method, shipping Address, and quantity as before.

26855542 Unable to copy a full exchange/return order

When completing a full exchange of a fulfilled order, once the exchange order is received and processed, and the agent attempts to copy the original pre-exchange order, an error occurs.

26824355 Multiple payment mode refund using gift card inaccurate

When initiating a refund in multiple payment mode using a gift card and credit card, the full amount of the refund is returned to the gift card in addition to the partial payment returned to the credit card. This results in an overpayment to the shopper.
