Example of Contact ScreenPop Command

In this example, when an interaction comes in, the activity is created in Oracle CRM On Demand, which finds a related contact record. The CTI client application might load that contact record in Oracle CRM On Demand using the parameters in Table 10. The Record Id and Record Type are returned by the call to CTIActivityInsert.
