Van Delivery Processing

Van delivery allows qualifying customers to receive shipments via a special delivery service. For a customer to qualify for van delivery, you must define the warehouse where the system reserves items shipped to the customer via the van delivery service and the van route the van delivery service uses to deliver the items to the customer.

Business to business orders: Van delivery processing is not available on business to business orders; see Introducing Business to Business Order Entry.

Quotes: Van delivery processing also applies to pre-order quotes; see Entering Pre-Order Quotes for an overview.

Van Delivery Ship Via

Use the Working with Ship Via Codes (WVIA) menu option to create a ship via that represents van delivery.

Define this ship via code in the Default Van Delivery Ship Via (L07) system control value.

Default ship via: If you change the shipping address on an order so that it qualifies for van delivery using a different warehouse (Example: the order qualified for van delivery using warehouse 11, but you changed the shipping address on the order and the order now qualifies for van delivery using warehouse 10), the system verifies that a valid Item Warehouse record exists for the items on the order in the new warehouse assigned to the order. If an item does not exist in the new warehouse defined for the order, the system displays a message similar to the following:

Item/SKU (X) is not valid with warehouse (999).

In this situation, the system retains the previous warehouse assigned to the order line. Since the order line does not qualify for van delivery, the system also defaults the ship via defined in the Default Ship Via (A77) system control value to the order line.

See Changing the Shipping Address on an Order that Qualifies for Van Delivery.

Item ship via overrides: You can use Working with Item Ship Via Overrides to define the shippers which are eligible to ship an item.

• To make an item eligible for van delivery, select the van delivery ship via for the item at the Select Ship Via for Override Screen; in this situation, if an order qualifies for van delivery, the system defaults the van delivery ship via to the item on the order line.

• To exclude an item from van delivery, do not select the van delivery ship via for an item at the Select Ship Via for Override Screen; in this situation, if an order qualifies for van delivery, the system displays the Ship Via Overrides for Item Window when you add the item to the order, requiring you to select a shipper other than the van delivery ship via for the order line.

Note: If records do not exist in the Item Ship Via Override table for an item, any valid, qualifying shipper in the Ship Via table can be used to deliver the item to its destination.

Warehouses Eligible for Van Delivery

Use the Creating and Maintaining Warehouses (WWHS) menu option to define the van routes for warehouses that can fulfill an order that qualifies for van delivery. Select Van Delivery for the warehouse to advance to the Work with Van Routes Screen where you can define the van routes the van delivery service uses to deliver the merchandise to the customer.

Reserve Warehouse and Van Route for Customer

You can define a reserve warehouse and van route for a permanent ship to customer and sold to customer.

• Use the Creating and Updating Ship-to Customers (WCST) menu option to define a reserve warehouse, van route, and van sequence number for a permanent ship to customer.

• Use the Creating and Updating Sold-to Customers (WCST) menu option to define a reserve warehouse, van route, and van sequence number for a sold to customer.

You can also use the Generic Customer API to define a reserve warehouse and van route for a new or updated customer.

Note:

• The reserve warehouse must be an allocatable warehouse (the Allocatable flag for the warehouse is selected).

• The van route must be a valid van route for the Reserve warehouse. You cannot enter a van route if a Reserve warehouse is not specified.

Pick Slip

The Pick Message from CWSerenade (CWPickOut) includes the Van route and Van route sequence number assigned to the shipping address on the order.

You can also modify your unique pick slip form to include the van route information.

Determining if an Order Qualifies for Van Delivery

For an order to qualify for van delivery, the order must ship to a customer that is associated with a Reserve warehouse and Van route.

An order qualifies for van delivery if:

• The order ships to a permanent ship to customer and a Reserve warehouse and Van route are defined for the permanent ship to customer. See Using a Permanent Shipping Address in Order Entry for more information on adding a permanent ship to customer to an order.

• The order ships to a recipient customer and a Reserve warehouse and Van route are defined for the recipient sold to customer. See Adding a Recipient Order in Order Entry.

• The order ships to the sold to customer on the order and a Reserve warehouse and Van route are defined for the sold to customer.

An order does not qualify for van delivery if:

• The order ships to an order shipping address since you cannot define a Reserve warehouse and Van route for an order shipping address. See Assigning an Order Shipping Address.

• A Reserve warehouse and Van route are not defined for the shipping address on the order.

• A Reserve warehouse is defined for the shipping address on the order, but a Van route is not defined. In this situation, the system defaults the Reserve warehouse to the Warehouse field on the order header, but you cannot assign the Default Van Delivery Ship Via (L07) to the order or any of its order lines.

Note: If you change the shipping address on the order, the system reevaluates the order to determine if it qualifies for Van Delivery; see Changing the Shipping Address on an Order that Qualifies for Van Delivery.

Van Delivery Defaults to the Order Header

When you create an order that qualifies for van delivery, the system:

• Defaults the ship via defined in the Default Van Delivery Ship Via (L07) system control value to the order header. Note: There are several ways the system can override the ship via defined on the order header with another shipper; see Ship Via Override Hierarchy for more information on how the system determines which ship via to default to the order header.

• Defaults the Reserve warehouse defined for the customer to the order header.

• This is the Reserve warehouse defined for the permanent ship to customer on the order.

• If a permanent ship to customer does not exist on the order, this is the Reserve warehouse defined for the recipient sold to customer on the order.

• If a recipient sold to customer does not exist on the order, this is the Reserve warehouse defined for the sold to customer on the order.

Van delivery requirements: If the Default Van Delivery Ship Via (L07) is defined on the order header, the Reserve warehouse for the customer must also exist on the order header. If you wish to reserve an item on the order from a different warehouse, you must manually update the order line with the warehouse code. If you remove the reserve warehouse from the order header, you must also remove the Default Van Delivery Ship Via (L07) from the order header.

Reserve from non-allocatable warehouse: If the Reserve from Non-Allocatable Warehouse (J25) system control value is selected and a non-allocatable warehouse is defined for the order type on the order, the system defaults the non-allocatable warehouse to the Warehouse field on the order header. However, if the order qualifies for van delivery, the system defaults the Reserve warehouse defined for the shipping address on the order to the Warehouse field on the order header instead. See Order Header Warehouse Default Hierarchy.

Adding Items to an Order that Qualifies for Van Delivery

As you add items to an order that qualifies for van delivery, the system:

• Defaults the Reserve warehouse defined on the order header to each order line. Because a warehouse is defined for the order line, the system reserves the item on the order line from the specified warehouse only. If the item is not available in the warehouse specified, the system assigns this warehouse as the backorder warehouse for the unreserved quantity of the item on the order line.

• Leaves the Ship via field blank, indicating the system uses the van delivery ship via on the order header as the ship via for the item on the order line.

Item ship via overrides: If a ship via override exists for the item, the system will default this item ship via override to the order line instead of the van delivery ship via. In this situation, the item on the order line does not qualify for van delivery unless you manually update the ship via on the order line to the van delivery ship via code. See Ship via overrides at the order line level for more information.

Van Delivery Processing When Updating the Order Line Ship Via

To assign the van delivery ship via to an order line: You can update the Ship via field for an order line to the Default Van Delivery Ship Via (L07) if the order qualifies for van delivery and the Reserve warehouse defined for the shipping address on the order is defined in the Warehouse field for the order line. See Determining if an Order Qualifies for Van Delivery.

If you remove the van delivery ship via on an order line: If you change the ship via on an order line so that it does not match the ship via defined in the Default Van Delivery Ship Via (L07) system control value, the item on the order line no longer qualifies for van delivery. In this situation, the system allows you to retain the Reserve warehouse defined for the order line; however, you can also change it to a different warehouse or you can remove the warehouse from the order line and allow the system to perform regular reservation processing; see Reservation Processing When Updating the Warehouse on an Order Line.

Example:

Removing the Van Delivery Ship Via from an Order Line

In this example, the Ship via on the order header is van delivery ship via 4 and the Warehouse on the order header is the customer’s Reserve warehouse 12.

1. You add item AB10 to the order for a quantity of 3.

2. The system reserves item AB10 from Reserve warehouse 12 and leaves the Ship via blank, indicating the item ships by van delivery ship via 4.

3. You select Change for the order line and update its Ship via to 1. Because ship via 1 is not the ship via defined in the Default Ship Via for Van Delivery (L07) system control value, the item no longer qualifies for van delivery.

4. Because the system does not require you to remove the Reserve warehouse from the order line when you remove the van delivery ship via from the order line, you decide to keep warehouse 12 on the order line. The system retains the existing reservation in warehouse 12.

Reservation Processing When Updating the Warehouse on an Order Line

When you update the warehouse defined for an order line, the system:

• Removes any existing inventory reservations for the order line.

• Attempts to reserve the item on the order line in the new warehouse specified. If the item is not available in the warehouse specified, the system assigns this warehouse as the backorder warehouse for the unreserved quantity of the item on the order line.

Note: If an item warehouse record does not exist for the warehouse, the system displays an error message indicating the warehouse is invalid.

If you remove the reserve warehouse on an order line: If you remove the warehouse on the order line or change the warehouse so that it does not match the Reserve warehouse defined for the customer, you must also update the Ship via on the order line to a ship via other than the Default Van Delivery Ship Via (L07). In this situation, the item on the order line no longer qualifies for van delivery.

Example:

Removing the Reserve Warehouse from an Order Line

In this example, the Ship via on the order header is van delivery ship via 4 and the Warehouse on the order header is the customer’s Reserve warehouse 12.

1. You add item AB10 to the order for a quantity of 3.

2. The system attempts to reserve item AB10 from Reserve warehouse 12. However, only 1 unit of the item is available in Reserve warehouse 12. The system reserves 1 unit in warehouse 12 and places 2 units on backorder in warehouse 12.

3. You select Availability for the order line to advance to the Item Availability Screen where you can review how many units of this item you have available to sell in your shippable warehouses. On this screen, you can see that item AB10 is available in warehouse 8.

4. You select Change for the order line and update its Warehouse to warehouse 8. Because warehouse 8 is not the customer’s Reserve warehouse, the system also requires you to update the ship via for the order line to a via other than the van delivery ship via. You update the ship via for the order line to 1.

5. When you select OK for the order line, the system:

• Unreserves the 1 unit from warehouse 12.

• Reserves the 3 units of item AB10 against warehouse 8.

Van delivery and Interactive Reservation: If you use the Work with Reservations by Warehouse Screen in Working with Interactive Reservation (MIRV) to reserve stock for an order line against a specific warehouse, the system first evaluates the ship via assigned to the order line. If the ship via assigned to the order line is the Default Van Delivery Ship Via (L07), the system only allows you to reserve the order line against the Reserve warehouse defined for the order line. If you try to enter a quantity to reserve against a warehouse other than the one defined for the order line, the system displays an error message: Van Delivery cannot be reserved from warehouse. In order to reserve against another warehouse, you must first update the ship via for the order line to a via other than the van delivery ship via.

Changing the Shipping Address on an Order that Qualifies for Van Delivery

If the shipping address on the order changes, for example you add or remove a permanent shipping address, order shipping address, or gift recipient for the order, the system reevaluates the order to determine if it qualifies for Van Delivery.

Order Qualifies for Van Delivery

Order Does Not Qualify for Van Delivery

The system defaults:

• The Default Van Delivery Ship Via (L07) to the order header. Any order lines whose Ship via field is blank, use the van delivery ship via code. Note: If a ship via code other than the Default Van Delivery Ship Via (L07) exists on an order line, the system retains this ship via code.

• The Reserve warehouse defined for the shipping address on the order to the order header.

See Van Delivery Defaults to the Order Header for more information.

The system:

• Removes the Default Van Delivery Ship Via (L07) from the order header and from any order lines, if it exists. Note: If a ship via code other than the Default Van Delivery Ship Via (L07) exists on the order line, the system retains this ship via code.

• Removes the Reserve warehouse from the order header, if it exists.

The system removes any inventory reservations for the order lines that already exist for the order.

The system removes any inventory reservations for the order lines that already exist for the order.

The system updates the Warehouse field for the order lines that already exist on the order with the Reserve warehouse defined on the order header.

Note: If an item warehouse record does not exist for the warehouse, the system displays an error message indicating the warehouse is invalid for the item and retains the previous warehouse assigned to the order line. In this situation, since the order line does not qualify for van delivery, the system also defaults the ship via defined in the Default Ship Via (A77) system control value to the order line.

The system updates the Warehouse field for each order line to blank.

Note: If you manually enter a warehouse on the order header, the system applies this warehouse to any new lines you add to the order.

The system attempts to reserve the item on the order line in the Reserve warehouse specified. If the item is not available in the warehouse specified, the system assigns this warehouse as the backorder warehouse for the unreserved quantity of the item on the order line.

The system follows regular reservation processing to determine where to reserve the item on the order line.

Note: If you manually entered a warehouse on the order header, the system attempts to reserve the item on the order line from the warehouse specified. If the item is not available in the warehouse specified, the system assigns this warehouse as the backorder warehouse for the unreserved quantity of the item on the order line.

Adding a recipient order: When you add a recipient order, the system evaluates the shipping address for the recipient order to determine if it qualifies for van delivery. See Determining if an Order Qualifies for Van Delivery.

Note: When you change the shipping address on an order, you should review the items on the order, and if any of the lines are on backorder, determine if the warehouse on the line needs to be updated in order to fulfill the item.

Updating Shipping Address Examples:

Example:

New Shipping Address Still Qualifies for Van Delivery

In this example, the ship via defined in the Default Van Delivery Ship Via (L07) system control value is 4.

You enter an order for sold to customer 32. This sold to customer is associated with Reserve warehouse 11 and Van route 11B.

Because a Reserve warehouse and Van route are defined for sold to customer 32, the system:

• Updates the Ship via on the order header with van delivery ship via 4.

• Updates the Warehouse on the order header with Reserve warehouse 11.

As you add items to the order, the system defaults Reserve warehouse 11 to each order line and leaves the Ship via for each order line blank so that it uses van delivery ship via 4 on the order header. Because warehouse 11 is defined for the order line, the system reserves the item from this warehouse; if the item is not available in warehouse 11, the system places the item on backorder in warehouse 11.

Before you accept the order, you add a permanent shipping address to the order. The permanent ship to customer is associated with Reserve warehouse 12 and Van route 12D.

Because a Reserve warehouse and Van route are defined for the permanent ship to customer, the order still qualifies for van delivery. The system:

• Retains van delivery ship via 4 on the order header.

• Updates the Warehouse on the order header from Reserve warehouse 11 to Reserve warehouse 12.

• Removes any inventory reservations for the order lines that already exist for the order.

• Updates the Warehouse field for the order lines that already exist on the order with Reserve warehouse 12.

• Attempts to reserve the items on each order line in Reserve warehouse 12. If the item is not available in warehouse 12, the system assigns warehouse 12 as the backorder warehouse for the unreserved quantity of the item on the order line.

Note: If an item warehouse record for an item on the order does not exist for the new warehouse on the order, the system retains the previous warehouse for the order line. In this situation, the order line does not qualify for van delivery since the warehouse on the order line does not match the van delivery warehouse defined for the shipping address on the order.

Example:

New Shipping Address No Longer Qualifies for Van Delivery

Before you accept the order, you add an order ship to address to the order. The order ship to address is NOT associated with a reserve warehouse or van route.

Because a Reserve warehouse and Van route are NOT defined for the order ship to address, the order no longer qualifies for van delivery. The system:

• Updates the Ship via on the order header so that it no longer contains the van delivery ship via; see Ship Via Defaults and Ship Via Override Hierarchy for more information on how the system determines the ship via to default to the order header.

• Removes Reserve warehouse 11 from the order header and each order line, leaving the field blank.

• Removes any inventory reservations for the order lines that already exist for the order.

• Attempts to reserve the items on each order line using regular reservation logic.

Example:

New Shipping Address Now Qualifies for Van Delivery

In this example, the ship via defined in the Default Van Delivery Ship Via (L07) system control value is 4.

You enter an order for sold to customer 46. This sold to customer is NOT associated with a Reserve warehouse or Van route.

Because a Reserve warehouse and Van route is not defined for sold to customer 46, the system:

• Uses existing processing to default a Ship via to the order header; see Ship Via Defaults and Ship Via Override Hierarchy for more information on how the system determines the ship via to default to the order header.

• Leaves the Warehouse field on the order header blank.

As you add items to the order, the system uses regular reservation logic to determine the warehouse where the item is reserved or placed on backorder.

Before you accept the order, you add a permanent shipping address to the order. The permanent ship to customer is associated with Reserve warehouse 12 and Van route 12D.

Because a Reserve warehouse and Van route are defined for the permanent ship to customer, the order now qualifies for van delivery. The system:

• Updates the Ship via on the order header to van delivery ship via 4.

• Updates the Warehouse on the order header to Reserve warehouse 12.

Updating the customer’s address during order entry/maintenance: If a Reserve warehouse and Van route are defined for a customer, you should not update the customer’s address information during order entry/maintenance without first verifying that the address update complies with the Reserve warehouse and Van route defined for the customer. You can use the Creating and Updating Sold-to Customers (WCST) and Creating and Updating Ship-to Customers (WCST) menu options to update the customer’s address information and also review the reserve warehouse and van route assigned to the customer.

Van Delivery Processing in Order Maintenance

Changing the shipping address on the order: If you change the shipping address on the order in order maintenance, the system determines if the order ship to qualifies for van delivery and performs the necessary updates; see Changing the Shipping Address on an Order that Qualifies for Van Delivery.

The following processing occurs when you maintain the following fields on an order in order maintenance.

Field

Description

Order Header

Ship Via

If you change the ship via on the order header to the Default Van Delivery Ship Via (L07):

• All open (unshipped) items ship by the new shipper.

• A pop-up window opens confirming whether you want to recalculate freight charges for the order.

• The system verifies that the shipping address on the order qualifies for van delivery and that the Warehouse field on the order header contains the Reserve warehouse defined for the shipping address on the order. If the order ship to does not qualify for van delivery, the system displays an error message and requires you to enter another ship via code: Van delivery ship via not allowed.

Item ship via override: If item ship via overrides exist, the system verifies that the new shipper is eligible to ship the open items remaining on the order. If the new shipper is not eligible to ship an item on the order, the Ship Via Overrides for Item Window displays, requiring you to select a valid shipper for that item. See Working with Item Ship Via Overrides for more information on defining item ship via overrides.

Warehouse

If You Add or Change the Warehouse on the Order Header

If you add or change the warehouse code on the order header, the system:

• Applies the new warehouse code to each line on the order.

• Removes the existing inventory reservations for the open order lines on the order that do not contain a printed quantity.

• Attempts to reserve the items on the order in the new warehouse specified. If an item is not available in the warehouse specified, the system assigns this warehouse as the backorder warehouse for the unreserved quantity of the item on the order line. If an item warehouse record does not exist for the new warehouse, the system does not apply the new warehouse to the order line.

If You Remove the Warehouse on the Order Header

If you remove the warehouse code on the order header, the system:

• Requires you to remove the Default Van Delivery Ship Via (L07) if it is defined on the order header.

• Removes the warehouse code assigned to each line on the order.

• Removes any existing inventory reservations for the order lines on the order.

• Attempts to reserve the items on the order using regular reservation logic.

Orders lines that contain a printed quantity: If a printed quantity exists on the order line, the system does not remove the existing inventory reservations for the order line. If a quantity of the item on the order line is on backorder, the system does not update the backorder warehouse to the new warehouse code.

Van delivery ship via: If you change the warehouse code on the order header to the Reserve warehouse defined for the shipping address on the order and a Van route is also defined for the shipping address on the order, the system does NOT automatically update the ship via on the order header to the Default Van Delivery Ship Via (L07). In this situation, you will need to manually update the Ship via field on the order header to the default van delivery ship via to have the order qualify for van delivery.

Order Detail

Note: You can change an order line only if the line is in open or held status and does not have a printed quantity.

Ship Via

If you change the ship via on an order line to the Default Van Delivery Ship Via (L07), the system verifies that the shipping address on the order qualifies for van delivery and that the Reserve warehouse defined for the shipping address on the order is defined in the Warehouse field for the order line. See Determining if an Order Qualifies for Van Delivery.

If you change the ship via on an order line so that it does not match the ship via defined in the Default Van Delivery Ship Via (L07) system control value, the item on the order line no longer qualifies for van delivery.

Warehouse

If you change the warehouse on an order line to the Reserve warehouse defined for the shipping address on the order, the system allows you to also update the ship via on the order line to the Default Van Delivery Ship Via (L07) if a Van route is also defined for the shipping address on the order. See Determining if an Order Qualifies for Van Delivery.

If you remove the Reserve warehouse defined for the shipping address on the order from the order line, the system requires you to update the ship via on the order line so that it does not match the ship via code defined in the Default Van Delivery Ship Via (L07) system control value.

Van Delivery Processing through the Generic Order Interface (Order API)

When CWSerenade receives an order through the Generic Order Interface (Order API), the system evaluates the order to determine if it qualifies for van delivery as in interactive order entry.

Web Orders that Qualify for Van Delivery

Web Orders that Do Not Qualify for Van Delivery

Van Delivery Errors on Web Orders

Web Orders that Qualify for Van Delivery

A web order qualifies for van delivery if:

• The order ships to a permanent ship to customer, a Reserve warehouse and Van route are defined for the permanent ship to customer, and the shipping_method and ship_to_warehouse in the Inbound Order XML Message (CWORDERIN) are blank or contain the van delivery ship via code and Reserve warehouse defined for the permanent ship to customer. See Defining a permanent shipping address on a web order.

• The order ships to a recipient customer, a Reserve warehouse and Van route are defined for the recipient sold to customer, and the shipping_method and ship_to_warehouse in the Inbound Order XML Message (CWORDERIN) are blank or contain the van delivery ship via code and Reserve warehouse defined for the recipient customer. See Defining a recipient customer on a web order.

• The order ships to the sold to customer on the order, a Reserve warehouse and Van route are defined for the sold to customer, and the shipping_method and ship_to_warehouse in the Inbound Order XML Message (CWORDERIN) are blank or contain the van delivery ship via code and Reserve warehouse defined for the sold to customer. See Customer Creation, Matching and Update Logic in the Order API.

When a web order qualifies for van delivery, the system:

• Defaults the ship via defined in the Default Van Delivery Ship Via (L07) system control value to the order header. Note: There are several ways the system can override the ship via defined on the order header with another shipper; see Ship Via Override Hierarchy for more information on how the system determines which ship via to default to the order header.

• Defaults the Reserve warehouse defined for the shipping address to the order header.

For each order line on a web order that qualifies for van delivery, the system:

• Defaults the Reserve warehouse defined on the order header to each order line. When a warehouse is defined for an order line, the system can reserve the item on the order line from the specified warehouse only. If the item is not available in the warehouse specified, the system assigns this warehouse as the backorder warehouse for the unreserved quantity of the item on the order line. Note: If the line_warehouse for an order line in the Inbound Order XML Message (CWORDERIN) specifies a warehouse code other than the Reserve warehouse defined on the order header, the order line does not qualify for van delivery. In addition, the system requires you to define a ship via for the order line other than the van delivery ship via.

• Leaves the Ship via field blank, indicating the system uses the van delivery ship via on the order header as the ship via for the item on the order line. Note: If the line_shipping_method for an order line in the Inbound Order XML Message (CWORDERIN) specifies a ship via code other than the van delivery ship via code, the order line does not qualify for van delivery.

Web Orders that Do Not Qualify for Van Delivery

A web order does not qualify for van delivery if:

• The order ships to an order shipping address since you cannot define a Reserve warehouse and Van route for an order shipping address. See Defining an order-level shipping address on a web order.

• A Reserve warehouse and Van route is not defined for the shipping address on the order.

• A shipping_method is defined for the web order and it does not match the Default Van Delivery Ship Via (L07).

• A ship_to_warehouse is defined for the web order, and it does not match the Reserve warehouse for the shipping address on the order. In this situation, the system reserves the items on the order from the warehouse defined. In addition, the system requires you to define a ship via for the order other than the van delivery ship via.

An order line on a web order does not qualify for van delivery if:

• A line_shipping_method is defined for an order line on the web order and it does not match the Default Van Delivery Ship Via (L07). In this situation, the system uses the shipping method specified for the order line to ship the item.

• A line_warehouse is defined for an order line on the web order and it does not match the Reserve warehouse defined for the shipping address on the order. In this situation, the system reserves the item on the order line from the line warehouse defined. In addition, the system requires you to define a ship via for the order line other than the van delivery ship via.

Van Delivery Errors on Web Orders

The system places a web order in an error status for the error reason Van Delivery Via not allowed in the following situations:

Order Header errors:

• The ship via code defined in the Default Van Delivery Ship Via (L07) system control value is specified as the shipping_method in the Inbound Order XML Message (CWORDERIN) and the shipping address on the order does not qualify for van delivery.

• The ship via code defined in the Default Van Delivery Ship Via (L07) system control value is specified as the shipping_method in the Inbound Order XML Message (CWORDERIN) and the ship_to_warehouse contains a warehouse code other than the Reserve warehouse defined for the shipping address on the order.
