PI Batch Listing

Purpose: Use this report to review the list of batches that were generated as part of the physical inventory.

How to print: Use the Generating a Physical Inventory (MGPI) menu option.

Contents:

• Control #: The physical inventory control number generated.

• Batches Included: The physical inventory batches generated for the control number.

• # of Item Locations: The number of item locations included in the batch.

• Batch Assigned to: A blank field where you can enter the person assigned to count the item locations in the batch.
