Require Gift Certificate/Coupon Number (G75)

Purpose: Use this screen to define whether you will be required to enter Gift Certificate or Coupon number when you enter a Gift Certificate or Coupon pay type code in order entry.

Yes/No field: Select this field to require the entry of a Gift Certificate or Coupon number when you enter a Gift Certificate or Coupon pay type on an order.

Leave this field unselected to allow entry of a Gift Certificate or Coupon pay type on an order without entering a Gift Certificate or Coupon number.

Related system control value: If system control value Dynamic Creation of Coupons (B21) is selected, you can enter a coupon number that does not exist, and the system will create a coupon record.
