Creating a Specified WB Contract

Select the Specified WB setting when creating a new subcontract.

  1. Create the General Contractor WB.

    Note: The General Contractor Work Breakdown (WB) must have at least two line items before a new subcontract can be created or imported on the TPM system. With only one line, subcontracts will auto-complete.

  2. Create a new subcontract.
    See Create Subcontracts Manually for instructions.
  3. From the Sub WB Option drop-down, select the Specified WB setting.
  4. Submit the contract.
    Once all information is complete, choose Create Contract. A Status page confirms the contract has been created.

    Note: The Subcontractor must accept or decline the subcontract.
