Working with Programs

EnterpriseTrack allows you to group multiple projects and proposals under the umbrella of a program to report on program level parameters (E.g. Financial data).

You can get a bird's eye view of the programs, the participating divisions, a count of the number of projects and proposals that make up a particular program and the net forecast and realized savings. You can view the details of the program by clicking on the program name. You can further drill down to view the details of each project and proposal linked to a program by clicking on the appropriate project or proposal names. You can also track the fields that were modified on the Program Basics page. Using the Program Listing Page

To view the Program Listing page, from the Top Navigation bar select Go To > Programs, or select Programs from the Left Navigation bar.

The Program Listing page shows a list of programs that are returned from a default saved search. For more information on changing the returned search, see topic Advanced Search and Saved Searches. For more information on personalizing your listing page, see topic Personalizing the Listing Pages.
