To edit a program:
- Click the Programs link in the Left Navigation bar, or select Go To > Programs from the Top Navigation bar.
- From the Programs listing page, select the Program you want to edit.
- On the Program Basics page click the Edit button.
- Make the required changes.
- Update the status of your program. You can select from one of the following options: Active, On Hold, Completed, or Canceled.
- If Strategies/alignments are enabled, click the [Add Alignment] link to add a strategy/alignment to associate with this program.
- Select a strategy node and enter the % contribution.
- Click Save.
- Modify the proposals associated with the program. From the Available Proposals list, select a proposal and click the right arrow button to add it to the Associated Proposals list. You can also use the Filter link to narrow down the list of available proposals. To remove a proposal from this program, select it in the Associated Proposals list and click the left arrow button.
- Modify the projects associated with the program. From the Available Projects list, select a project and click the right arrow button to add it to the Associated Projects list. You can also use the Filter link to narrow down the list of available projects. To remove a project from this program, select it in the Associated Projects list and click the left arrow button.
- Modify the programs associated with this program. From the Available Programs list, select a program and click the right arrow button to add it to the Associated Programs list. You can also use the Filter link to narrow down the list of available programs. To remove a program, select it in the Associated Programs list and click the left arrow button.
- Click Save.
Tip:
You can also edit the Program Basics page by selecting Program # > Edit > Basic Details from the Top Navigation bar.
Note: You must have the required permissions to associate a strategy to a program. You can associate a strategy to multiple programs.
