The Activity Sheets log lists the activity sheets. Each activity sheet has a gear menu () that can be used to open the activity sheet.

In Unifier, you can use an activity sheet to capture the scheduling data from P6 or Primavera Cloud. A single activity sheet (called System Activity Sheet) is mapped to multiple source projects, by way of integration. You have the option to view the activities (from the mapped source projects) by using the project drop-down field which contains a list of all source projects mapped to your shell.
The Activity Sheets log enables you to see all of the activity sheets, including the system activity sheet. The log displays the following columns that describe the listed activity sheets:
- Name
The name of the activity sheet provided. This field is a required when capturing the activity sheet properties. The activity sheet name must be unique across the activity sheets. For an activity sheet that is created by way of integration from P6 or Primavera Cloud, this column will show the activity sheet as, "System Activity Sheet."
- Description
The activity sheet description entered in the properties for the manual activity sheets.
- Source Type
The activity sheet as either System or Custom. Activity sheets that are created by way of using Get Data will be displayed as "System," and the activity sheets that are created manually will be displayed as "Custom."
- Status
The status of the activity sheet. For the System Activity Sheet the status is active and you cannot change the status. For the manual activity sheets, the default status is active, and you can change status to inactive. The Status column is used in rolling up the costs and spreads to the Earned Value Analysis, Cash Flow, or Cost Sheet, and so forth.
- Last Updated On
Populated with the latest date that the activity sheet was updated. The activity sheet will be updated by means of the schedule, as well as manual updates.
- Creation Date
Populated with the date that activity sheet was created.
All of the date columns will honor the data preference set at the user-level.
