Purpose
Use the Resource Recommendations page to identify and select the best resource for specific roles based on the success rate of a resource's role from past history.
The Resource Performance bar chart compares the total outcomes and the successful outcomes for each Resource ID in a specific role. To view the Resource Performance chart for a specific role, select a role from the Role Name list. For example, Engineer 2. The x-axis displays all Resource IDs associated with the selected role. The y-axis displays the total number of successful outcomes from past history. The success rate of each resource ID in a specific role is also calculated and displayed as line graph.
For more details on resources associated with a role, select a role in the Role Name table. For example, Engineer 2. A bar graph is generated that displays the total number of projects associated with each resource in the selected role. Additionally, the projects worked on by each resource is also listed.
To get a resource recommended for a role, select a role in the Get Recommendation for the Selected Role Name section.
Location
- On the Home page, click the Dashboards menu.
- Under Primavera, click More....
- On the More dashboard, click the Resource (Adv A) page.
- Click the Resource Recommendations page.
