Purpose: This screen displays all open orders assigned to your store location for fulfillment. The oldest orders are listed first.
How to display this screen: Select Open Orders at the Home Screen or View All Open Orders from the View New Orders Screen.

• one order: Click the Accept & Print option in the Next Action column, or select the order and click the Accept & Print option at the bottom of the screen • more than one order: Select each order to accept or click Select All, and click the Accept & Print option at the bottom of the screen Pick an order: Click the Pick option in the Next Action column Note: • You can also pick individual items on the order by clicking View for an order to advance to the View Order Detail Screen, and selecting the line(s) to pick. • Selecting the Pick option opens the Pick Order Window unless your system administrator has set the pick verification method to: • Item: you advance to the Pick Order Detail - Item Screen • Scan: you advance to the Scan Items To Pick Screen See Verifying Orders as Picked for an overview. Pick Up an order: Click the Pick Up option in the Next Action column • one order: Click the Reject option in the Next Action column, or select the order and click the Reject option at the bottom of the screen • more than one order: Select each order to reject or click Select All, and click the Reject option at the bottom of the screen Reprint Pick List: Select each order to include on the pick list or click Select All, and click the Reprint Pick List option at the bottom of the screen Reprint Pack Doc: Select each order to reprint the packing slip, or click Select All, and click the Reprint Pack Doc option at the bottom of the screen |
Searching: • Order Type (if your location fulfills both order types) • Shipping Method (if your location fulfills delivery orders) Note: You can’t search based on company name. • Date (can include a “from” and “to” date) Results: • Customer • Date • Next Action: See Actions for a complete list. Search for orders: See the search fields to the right Ship an order: Click the Ship option in the Next Action column. See Shipping Delivery Orders for an overview. View order detail: Click View for an order to advance to the View Order Detail Screen Under Review? If the order is UNDER REVIEW, you can’t Pick Up or Ship the order. Navigation: • Return to Home Screen: click Home (top left) • Advance to View New Orders Screen: click View New Orders (top right) Sort displayed orders: Click a column heading displaying order data (such as Order Number) to sort the displayed orders by the information in that column. |
