To keep pace with the acceleration of AI technologies, Sample Applications enable customers to quickly evaluate new capabilities in their non-production environments.
As AI technologies continue to evolve at a rapid pace, we recognize the need to complement our enterprise-grade release process with greater agility and closer customer collaboration. To support this objective, Sample Applications enable customers to quickly evaluate new AI capabilities in their non-production environments.
Accessing Sample Applications is easily done by logging an SR via Oracle Support and including the relevant patch number in the request. You will then recieve the necessary files and full instructions.
Each Sample Application includes detailed technical instructions enabling you to implement the solution. However as you test drive, configure and extend the applications we strongly recommend taking the opportunity to collaborate with the forward deployed Siebel AI Center of Excellence (CoE), Oracle CSS and our partners.
Documentation for the Sample Applications is available via the associated patch and technical resources. Support for Sample Applications is provided through Oracle Support on a best endeavour basis, albeit with no commitment to address bugs or enhancements until the solutions are GA.
Enables Operators to easily interact with log data through natural language queries. Contextual insights backed by comprehensive analysis of crash files. Analysis and insights are retained allowing user to revisit the service to get more details if they desire.
Helps teams analyze larger, more connected catalogs. Selected Siebel catalog data is migrated from Oracle 19c into an Oracle 26ai property graph, where catalog entities can be explored as connected nodes and edges.
This graph-first model makes it easier to trace relationships, run cross-entity impact analysis, and investigate catalog complexity without placing ongoing query load on a production Siebel application.
Provides Siebel administrators with a practical way to inspect product hierarchies, apply rules, and find the elements of the catalog that need attention.
Because it runs natively in Siebel, it is a strong fit when you want in-environment diagnostics without standing up additional infrastructure.
An agentic AI service designed to analyze Siebel eScript code and identify potential code violations and memory leak patterns.
Developers can submit their eScript through a REST API, and the AI engine evaluates the code to highlight areas that may contribute to memory leaks or inefficient resource usage. The tool also provides recommendations to help developers improve code quality and reduce potential issues.
Pre-Built Artifacts which will enable Data Driven decision making with Oracle Analytics Cloud or Oracle Analytics Server for your advanced Analytical requirements.
