5.14.2 Adding Tags

You can add tags to facilitate keyword searching within a Websheet.

5.14.2.1 Adding Tags

Add tags to a Websheet page by clicking the Add tag icon (+) in the Tags region.

To add tags to a Websheet page:

  1. Log in to and run the Websheet.
  2. Under Tags on the right side of the page, click the Add Tag icon.
  3. Enter tags in the field provided. Separate multiple tags with a comma.
  4. Click Apply Changes.

5.14.2.2 Editing Existing Tags

Edit an existing tag by clicking its Edit Tag icon.

To edit existing tags:

  1. Log in to and run the Websheet.
  2. In the Tags region, click the Edit Tag icon.
    The Details page appears.
  3. Edit the tags and click Apply Changes.

5.14.2.3 Deleting Existing Tags

Delete a tag by clicking the View Tag icon in the Tags region then selecting it for deletion.

To delete existing tags:

  1. Log in to and run the Websheet.
  2. In the Tags region, click the View Tag icon.
    The Tags page appears.
  3. Select the tags that you want to delete and click Delete Checked.
