View Enhanced Timeline Appearance and Usability

This update improves the timeline experience by enhancing its appearance and usability, including both the results table and the diagram.

The enhancements include dynamic width and height for event bubbles, a dynamic major axis label based on zoom level, reserved space for the timeline overview to reduce UI clutter, enhanced tooltips for better readability, and the display of a current date reference marker.
