Audit Changes to Qualifiers and Pricing Attributes of Price Lists and Modifiers

Strengthen pricing governance by auditing changes to qualifiers and pricing attributes of price lists and modifiers in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2.14. This feature expands the Advanced Pricing audit capability so that changes to qualifier and pricing attribute data can be reviewed along with other audited pricing setup changes.

Earlier audit support focused on price lists and modifiers. Extending audit coverage to qualifiers and pricing attributes gives pricing teams a more complete change history for the setup elements that determine pricing eligibility and calculation.

Steps to enable and configure

  1. Confirm that the QP: Enable Auditing profile is set to Yes.
  2. Use Advanced Pricing audit setup to select the qualifier and pricing attribute fields that require auditing.
  3. Update the affected price lists or modifiers through the normal maintenance flow.
  4. Review audit history using the Advanced Pricing audit trail report.
