Creating or Modifying Notification Template Definitions

Template definitions provide the email content for approval notifications and are delivered in PeopleSoft Asset Management.

You can modify the verbiage or create your own template definitions. However, you must keep the delivered template variables, unless you create your own SQL objects that are referenced on the configuration definition. Using Approval Framework for Asset Management enables you to create or modify the AMDisposalLineRequest, AMDisposalLineApproved, and the AMDisposalLineDenied routing template definitions for asset disposal.
