Understanding SAML 2.0 for Single Sign-on

Configure PeopleSoft to integrate with identity providers that support the SAML 2.0 standard. Once configured, PeopleSoft can support secure access through both identity provider-initiated and service provider-initiated sign-on flows.

Security Assertion Markup Language, or SAML 2.0, is one of the most widely used standards for single sign-on across enterprise applications.
