Adding An Existing Alert to a Transaction in Transaction Matching

You can add an existing alert to one or more unmatched transactions in Transaction Matching.

  1. On the Home page, click Matching
  2. Use one of the following methods:
    • In the Matching page, click the name of the match type and then select the Unmatched Transactions tab.
    • In the Matching page, click the Transactions tab.
  3. Select the row corresponding to the transaction to which you want to add an existing alert.
  4. From Actions, select Alerts, and then Existing Alert.
  5. Select the alert that must be added and click OK.

    Note:

    Only alerts that are created for the account that the selected transactions belong to are listed.
Notice that the following details about the alert are added to the transaction's row: alert ID, alert name, and alert status.
