How You Change Report Formatting

When viewing a standard or custom report, you can change the report’s appearance and how data displays.

You can change the report’s colors, fonts, and other display options. You can also change formatting options to sort content, hide columns, add page breaks, and filter data to display only a subset of the records the report returns.

You can also change how data displays on the report using slicing, cross tabs, and rollups. You can also display guided assistance response data in a tree format to help you better review the flow of guided assistance responses.

Note: Your profile must include the Customize Reports Analytics permission to use these options.
