Your organization may have security policies that require
strong passwords for staff to use to log in.
If this is the case, your staff account contains a password you must use each time you log
in. You may also need to change your password at regular intervals.If your profile contains
the SSO Login (SAML 2.0) permission for single sign-on, you cannot change your password in
B2C Service. See Agent Login Using an IdP-initiated SSO.
- Click File and select .
Your personal settings display.
- Click Change Password.
- Enter your current password and press Tab. Don’t forget
that your password is case sensitive.
- Enter the new password and press Tab.
If an entry does not meet your organization’s password requirements,
such as password length or character repetition, the system highlights
the incorrect entry.
- Re-enter your new password.
- Click OK.
The Oracle server verifies your password history (both
current and new passwords) and, if errors are found, displays the
requirements that were not met.
