When you integrate Oracle Unity with Oracle Responsys, you can do the following:

  • Seamlessly send segments you create in Oracle Unity to Responsys for use in campaigns and programs.
  • Import behavioral campaign data and profile data from Responsys. This allows you to build more complete customer profiles in Oracle Unity.

Exporting Oracle Unity segments to Oracle Responsys allows you to access the segment data as Audiences in Oracle Responsys.

Audiences created in Responsys from Oracle Unity segments can be used in the following ways:

  • Targeting Audiences in campaigns

  • Targeting Audiences in programs
