Audience injection automates the creation and mapping of audience objects in the Exponential platform. After this automated mapping occurs, user data flows into your audiences in Exponential via Server Data Transfer (SDT). Consult your Exponential account manager about using your Oracle Data Cloud audiences in media campaigns.

Installing the Exponential audience injection app

You use the standard app installation workflow to install the Exponential app. When you save the app during the installation process, you are redirected to the Exponential login page.

Enter your Exponential audience ingestion credentials, click Sign In, and then click Authorize to enable the Oracle Data Cloud platform to create audiences in your Exponential seat.

Delivering audience data to Exponential

To send Oracle Data Cloud data to Exponential, you create audiences that include the users you want to target and then deliver those audiences. Because Exponential uses audience injection, data mapping occurs automatically. When you deliver an audience to Exponential, the Oracle Data Cloud platform automatically calls Exponential audience APIs to create a new audience in your Exponential advertiser seat.Segments are named with the following syntax: BK:audienceName.

Your data begins to be delivered into the Exponential audience within 60 to 90 minutes. All the existing ID swapped users in your audience are delivered within 24 hours via SDT. Additional ID swapped users are delivered as they qualify for the audience.
