7 Perform a Load that Includes Multiple Accounts in Columns with All Data Types

This example shows how to load data with values in multiple accounts that include both numeric and non-numeric data. We will use the same steps as we did in the Perform a Load that Includes Multiple Accounts in Columns with Numeric Data example, and we will add an additional column for a SmartList value. To do this, we will create a new member for the Account dimension, assign a data type of Smart List, and then assign the Smart List to the member.

To create the integration to perform a load that includes multiple accounts in columns with all data types, you will:

• Add a Member and Assign a Smart List Data Type

• Add a Name and Description

• Add the Source File

• Add the Target

• Map the Dimensions in the Source to the Dimensions in the Target

• Enter Mapping Rules

• Define Additional Options

• Run the Integration
