Making Other Requests

Create a service request to make a request that is not covered in this guide.

  1. From the environment about which you are making a request, create a Provide Feedback submission. Optionally, allow Oracle to access the maintenance snapshot of the environment by consenting to application snapshot submission. See Creating a Provide Feedback Submission.

  2. Create a technical service request that identifies the Provide Feedback reference number. See Submitting a Technical Service Request. The service request must contain a clear explanation of your request and why you are making it.
