Use these checklists on your first day! Follow the steps to do initial tasks like set up your environment, log in, enter data, analyze forms and use reports. The checklists are organized by predefined roles for Service Administrators, Power Users, Users, and Viewers.
Service Administrator
As a Service Administrator you are a technical leader. You create and administer Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management applications. For example, you can manage application security, create and migrate applications, and set up maintenance and backups.
Power User
As a Power User you are a department head or business unit manager. You manage several functional areas. For example, you can create POVs, load data, work with rules and calculations.
User
As a User you are an analyst. You create reports, dashboards and model views. For example, you can analyze profit curves and analyze reports.
Viewer
As a Viewer you are an analyst or executive. You can view and analyze your Profitability and Cost Management data using dashboards and reports.
