Create a Filter

You can create filters to define conditions that identify certain resources (or organizations) or activities (or activity groups). Once created, these filters can be added to a routing plan as assignment rules to prioritize some resources or activities over others during the routing process.

The following preference settings are important:

• Select the Routing check box to see the filter on the Add routing plan screen.

• Select the Routing option only for filters with static conditions. You cannot use filters with dynamic conditions in routing plans.
