View User Details and Available Options

You can use the options menu to add or remove a contact or helpdesk from your address book and to view the history.

  1. From the Collaboration window, click the options menu This image shows the options menu icon..
    You can perform these tasks from the options menu:
    Click To:
    Call the User Call the user. This option is displayed only for the users that have their phone number added on the Resource Info page.
    History View all the previous chats with this user.
    Add to Address Book Add the user to your address book.
    Remove From Address Book Remove the user from your address book.
    Leave Conversation Leave the current conversation.
  2. Click Add to Address Book to add users to your address book so that you don’t have to search their names every time to start a chat.
  3. Click Remove From Address Book to remove users from the address book.
    Note: The status of the circle icon next to the user name changes when you add a user to the address book or remove the user from the address book. For more details, see Address Book.
