What's the difference between an Action and an Action Plan?

Action plans are a checklist, a series of events, or steps that have to be done before you can close an SR.

An Action is an individual event that needs to be done to close an SR. For example, maybe an appointment needs to take place with someone before the SR can be closed.

Adding actions or plans to an SR is easy. In an SR, select Add Plans or Add Actions from the Actions menu.
