HCM Communicate Roles

Here's an overview of various user types and roles required to enable, set up, and use HCM Communicate.

Campaign Administrator	Employee Campaign Administrator (ORA_IRC_EMPLOYEE_CAMPAIGN_ADMINISTRATOR_JOB) Human Capital Management Application Administrator (ORA_HRC_HUMAN_CAPITAL_MANAGEMENT_APPLICATION_ADMINISTRATOR_JOB) Application Implementation Consultant (ORA_ASM_APPLICATION_IMPLEMENTATION_CONSULTANT_JOB) Manage All HCM Communicate Campaigns (ORA_IRC_MANAGE_ALL_HCM_COMMUNICATE_CAMPAIGNS). Optionally add this security privilege to view and manage all campaigns even if you're not the owner or a member of the communication team. Campaign Manager	Employee Campaign Manager (ORA_IRC_EMPLOYEE_CAMPAIGN_MANAGER_JOB) Use REST Service - Eligibility Object Results for Benefits (ORA_BEN_REST_SERVICE_ACCESS_ELIGIBILITY_OBJECT_RESULTS_FOR_BEN) Use REST Service - Benefits Lists of Values (BEN_REST_SERVICE_ACCESS_BENEFITS_LOVS_PRIV) Use REST Service - Eligibility Objects (BEN_REST_SERVICE_ACCESS_ELIGIBILITY_OBJECTS_PRIV) For journey related campaigns you need these: View Global Journeys (PER_VIEW_GLOBAL_JOURNEYS_PRIV) - functional privilege to view journeys Explore option enabled in the Checklist template in the Security tab	If you're assigned a Campaign Manager role, refer to the HCM Communicate for Campaign Managers chapter. For journey related campaigns you need these:

View Global Journeys (PER_VIEW_GLOBAL_JOURNEYS_PRIV) - functional privilege to view journeys
Explore option enabled in the Checklist template in the Security tab
