Overview of Balance Initialization for the US

Setting initial balances values is an essential task when you migrate payroll data from another system.

What are the prerequisites

Before you can perform balance initialization, you must:

  1. Complete your organization set up.

  2. Create your employee definitions.

  3. Attach payrolls to your employees.

  4. Define all employee deduction cards and their associations.
