Explore Your Organization Hierarchy

The Organization Hierarchy page provides a visual view of your reporting hierarchy, helping you understand the structure of your organization based on managers, locations, and departments.

To open it, select Workers in the View filter, and then select the Organization Hierarchy button.

The page displays information about your manager, direct reports, and all workers in your organization. You can navigate through the hierarchy by selecting a worker's card.
Note: Pending workers aren't included in the organization hierarchy.

The Organization Hierarchy page includes the following tabs.

Direct Reports

View employees who report directly to you, along with their:

  • Assignment name or number?
  • Number of direct reports
  • Total number of reports, which includes nonworkers?

Select a worker to view that worker's Organization Hierarchy page.

Total Reports

View the total number of employees in your organization.

Each worker card displays the worker's assignment number or name?. Select a worker to navigate to that worker's Organization Hierarchy page.

Locations

Review the locations where employees in your organization work.

Each location card displays:

  • City
  • Country
  • Number of workers

Select a location to view all workers at that location, and then select a worker to open that worker's Organization Hierarchy page.

Departments

Review the departments in which the workers in your organization work.

Each department card displays:

  • Department name
  • Number of workers

Select a department to view the workers assigned to it, and then select a worker to view that worker's Organization Hierarchy page.

View Worker Details and Perform Actions

When a worker card is in focus, you can review more information such as:

  • Assignment number
  • Email address
  • Work location

Select a worker's name to open the worker's Person Activity Center.

These details are also shown in the Organization Hierarchy:

  • For the person in focus (hidden by default): Worker Type, Legal Entity, and User Person Type
  • For the managers and direct reports of the person in focus (visible by default): Manager Type and Worker Type
