Explore Your Position Hierarchy

The Position Hierarchy page provides a hierarchical view of positions within your organization, including reporting relationships, incumbents, and open requisitions for those positions.

To open the Position Hierarchy page, select Positions in the View filter, and then select the Position Hierarchy button.

The page displays your current position along with positions that report directly or indirectly to it.

Use the ellipsis menu to perform position-related tasks.

Direct Reports

View positions that report directly to your position.

Each position card displays key position information. Select a position to bring it into focus, and then select the position name to open the position details page.

All Reports

View every position within your position hierarchy.

Like the Direct Reports tab, you can select a position card to bring it into focus and open the position details page.

Incumbents

View workers assigned to positions in your hierarchy.

Select an incumbent to bring the worker into focus, and then select the worker's name to open the worker's Person Activity Center.

Requisitions

The Requisitions tab displays open requisitions associated with a position. The number displayed on the tab indicates how many requisitions are associated.

For each position, you can review:

• Requisition name
• Requisition code

This view provides a convenient way to review recruiting activity for a position without navigating to Recruiting pages.
