Overview of Integrating with B2C Service
Intelligent Advisor provides built-in connectivity with Oracle B2C Service for use by customers, agents or both.

- Customers can be anonymous, or logged in as authenticated users (Contacts)
- Intelligent Advisor interviews can be embedded in answers, or embedded directly on a page
- Incidents and other B2C Service objects can be created and updated

Intelligent Advisor can also be used standalone, for example, integrated with any other portal or website.
Using Intelligent Advisor within Oracle B2C Service Console:
- Agents must be logged in to use Intelligent Advisor interviews
- The Intelligent Advisor workspace control is used
- Incidents and other B2C Service objects can be created and updated
