13 Simulate Worker Activities and Device Data

Use the simulator to simulate worker activities and device data. You can use the data sent by the simulator to test data transfer and create simulated alerts and incidents. Simulations save you the time and expense of connecting real, physical devices to Oracle IoT Connected Worker Cloud Service.

Simulated devices and worker activities behave like real, physical devices and workers. Simulations can be turned on and off and can be configured to perform a number of simulated functions such as trip and fall or entering hazardous locations.

Use the simulated data returned in real-time to test and configure Oracle IoT Connected Worker Cloud Service features and functionality and customize the application to meet your unique business requirements.
